How do I create an account?

To create an account:

  1. Click the "Login" button in the header
  2. In the popup, click "Create an Account"
  3. Fill in your details (name, email, phone, password)
  4. Complete the reCAPTCHA verification
  5. Click "Create Account"
  6. You'll receive an OTP via email - enter it to verify
  7. Your account is now active!

Alternatively, you can sign up quickly using your Google account.

How do I upload a video?

To upload a video:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My Account" from the header dropdown
  3. Click on "My Videos" in the sidebar
  4. Click "Add New Video" button
  5. Fill in video details (title, description, category)
  6. Select your video file to upload
  7. Click "Upload" and wait for processing
  8. Your video will be live once processing completes!
What are the video upload requirements?

Supported formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, WMV, FLV, WEBM

Recommended format: MP4 (H.264 video codec, AAC audio codec)

Maximum file size: Varies based on your account type

How do I start a live radio broadcast?

To start a live radio broadcast:

  1. Click "GO LIVE RADIO" in the header
  2. Go to "My Radio Channels" or create a new one
  3. Click "Manage DJ Broadcast"
  4. Fill in broadcast details (title, description)
  5. Click "Begin" button at the bottom to start streaming
  6. Share your broadcast link with listeners
  7. Click "End Live" when you're done
How do I start a live video stream?

To start a live video stream:

  1. Click "GO LIVE VIDEO" in the header
  2. Click "Manage Video Broadcast"
  3. Fill in stream details (title, description, category)
  4. Allow camera and microphone permissions
  5. Click "Go Live" button to start streaming
  6. Share your stream link with viewers
  7. Your stream will be automatically recorded
How do I create a live meeting?

To create a live meeting:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My Account" → "My Live Meetings"
  3. Click "Add New Meeting"
  4. Fill in meeting details (title, description, date/time)
  5. Click "Create Meeting"
  6. Share the meeting link with participants
  7. Start the meeting at the scheduled time
How do I subscribe to a channel?

To subscribe to a channel:

  1. Watch any video or visit a channel page
  2. Click the "Subscribe" button below the video
  3. You'll now receive updates when they upload new content
  4. To unsubscribe, click "Subscribed" button again

Note: You must be logged in to subscribe to channels.

How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My Account" from the header
  3. Click on "Change Password" in the sidebar
  4. Enter your current password
  5. Enter your new password (minimum 6 characters)
  6. Confirm your new password
  7. Click "Update Password"
I forgot my password. What should I do?

To reset your password:

  1. Click "Login" in the header
  2. Click "Forgot password?" link
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. You'll receive an OTP via email
  5. Enter the OTP to verify
  6. Create a new password
  7. Login with your new password
How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@enginespeak.com with your account details. We'll process your request within 24-48 hours.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your videos, playlists, and data will be removed.

How do I login to my account?

You can login to your account in three ways:

  1. Email & Password: Click "Login" in the header, enter your email and password
  2. Phone & Password: Enter your phone number with country code and password
  3. Google Account: Click "Continue with Google" for quick login

If you see the Google One-Tap prompt, you can also login directly by selecting your Google account.

How do I upload short videos (Cuts)?

To upload short-form vertical videos (Cuts):

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My Account" → "My Cuts"
  3. Click "Add New Cut" button
  4. Upload your vertical video (9:16 aspect ratio recommended)
  5. Add title, description, and hashtags
  6. Click "Upload"

Recommended: Videos should be 15-60 seconds, vertical format (1080x1920)

How do I search for videos?

Use the search bar at the top of any page:

  1. Click the search icon in the header
  2. Type your search query (keywords, channel names, topics)
  3. Press Enter or click the search button
  4. Filter results by Videos, Audios, or Meetings

You can also browse by categories from the home page.

How do I like and comment on videos?

To like a video:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Watch any video
  3. Click the thumbs up (Like) icon below the video
  4. Click again to unlike

To comment:

  1. Scroll to the comments section below the video
  2. Type your comment in the text box
  3. Click "Post Comment"

Note: You must be logged in to like or comment.

How do I share videos?

To share any video:

  1. Click the "Share" button below the video
  2. Choose your sharing method:
    • Copy link
    • Share on Facebook
    • Share on Twitter
    • Share on WhatsApp

For live streams, you can also copy the direct link and share it with viewers.

How do I edit my uploaded video details?

To edit video information:

  1. Go to "My Account" → "My Videos"
  2. Find the video you want to edit
  3. Click the "Edit" button
  4. Update title, description, category, or thumbnail
  5. Click "Update Video" to save changes
How do I delete a video?

To delete your uploaded video:

  1. Go to "My Account" → "My Videos"
  2. Find the video you want to delete
  3. Click the "Delete" button
  4. Confirm deletion in the popup

Warning: Deleted videos cannot be recovered!

How does live chat work during streams?

As a viewer:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Watch any live stream
  3. Click the "Chat" button
  4. Type your message and press Enter
  5. Your messages appear in real-time for everyone

As a broadcaster:

  • You can see all viewer messages in real-time
  • Respond to your audience during the stream
  • Chat is automatically enabled when you go live
How do I end my live stream?

To end your broadcast:

  1. Click the "End Live" button at the top of your stream
  2. Confirm that you want to end the broadcast
  3. Your stream will stop immediately
  4. The recording will be automatically saved to your archives

Note: Once ended, you cannot resume the same broadcast. You'll need to start a new one.

How do I join a live meeting?

To join a meeting:

  1. Click the meeting link shared by the host
  2. Login to your account (if not already logged in)
  3. Allow camera and microphone permissions when prompted
  4. Click "Join Meeting"
  5. You'll enter the meeting room with other participants

You can also browse public meetings from the Meetings page.

What controls are available during a meeting?

During a meeting, you can:

  • Mute/Unmute: Control your microphone
  • Camera On/Off: Toggle your video feed
  • Screen Share: Share your screen with participants
  • Chat: Send text messages to everyone
  • Leave Meeting: Exit the meeting room

Host controls: The meeting creator can also mute participants, end the meeting for all, and manage recording.

Can I record meetings?

Yes! Meetings can be recorded:

  • Automatic Recording: Enable this option when creating the meeting
  • Manual Recording: Start/stop recording during the meeting (host only)
  • Recordings are saved to your account after the meeting ends
  • Access recordings from "My Account" → "My Live Meetings"

Note: All participants will be notified when recording starts.

How do I set up my profile?

To complete your profile:

  1. Go to "My Account" from the header dropdown
  2. Click "My Profile"
  3. Upload a profile picture
  4. Add/edit your display name
  5. Write a bio/description
  6. Add your social media links (optional)
  7. Click "Update Profile" to save

A complete profile helps viewers connect with your content!

How do I update my email or phone number?

To change your email:

  1. Go to "My Account" → "My Profile"
  2. Click "Change Email"
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. Verify with OTP sent to new email
  5. Your email will be updated

What privacy settings are available?

You can control:

  • Video Privacy: Set videos as Public, Unlisted, or Private
  • Channel Visibility: Show/hide your channel from search
  • Comments: Enable/disable comments on your videos
  • Subscriber Count: Show/hide your subscriber count

Manage these settings from "My Account" → "Privacy Settings"

Can I upload audio-only content?

Yes! To upload audio files:

  1. Go to "My Account" → "My Audios"
  2. Click "Add New Audio"
  3. Upload your audio file (MP3, WAV, AAC)
  4. Add title, description, and cover image
  5. Click "Upload"

Perfect for podcasts, music, audiobooks, and radio shows!

How do I create a radio channel?

To create your radio station:

  1. Login and go to "My Account"
  2. Click "My Radio Channels"
  3. Click "Add New Radio Channel"
  4. Fill in channel details (name, description, category)
  5. Upload channel logo/cover image
  6. Click "Create Channel"

Once created, you can start DJ broadcasts from your channel!

How do I manage notifications?

To control your notifications:

  1. Go to "My Account" → "Notifications"
  2. Choose which notifications you want to receive:
    • New uploads from subscribed channels
    • Live stream alerts
    • Comment replies
    • New subscribers
  3. Select delivery method (Email, Push, SMS)
  4. Click "Save Settings"
Why is my video not playing?

If videos won't play, try these solutions:

  1. Check internet connection: Make sure you have stable internet
  2. Clear browser cache: Clear cookies and cached files
  3. Update browser: Use the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  4. Disable extensions: Ad blockers may interfere with playback
  5. Try different browser: Test in another browser

If the problem persists, contact support with the video URL.

My video upload failed. What should I do?

Common upload issues and solutions:

  • File too large: Check file size limits for your account
  • Unsupported format: Convert to MP4 (H.264)
  • Internet interrupted: Ensure stable connection during upload
  • Browser timeout: Try uploading smaller files or use a different browser

If issues continue, compress your video or contact support.

Can I monetize my content?

Monetization features may be available based on:

  • Minimum subscriber requirements
  • Content quality and compliance
  • Watch time hours

Enginespeak is a free speech platform, but we prohibit:

How do I report inappropriate content?

To report content that violates guidelines:

  1. Click the three-dot menu on the video
  2. Select "Report"
  3. Choose the reason for reporting
  4. Add additional details (optional)
  5. Submit the report

Our moderation team will review reports within 24 hours.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! Enginespeak is available on:

  • iOS: Download from the App Store
  • Android: Download from Google Play Store

The mobile app includes all features: watch, upload, live stream, and join meetings on the go!

Alternatively, our website is fully mobile-responsive and works great on any device.
